Moulded Chocolates

Federation Artisan Chocolate’s moulded chocolates and truffles have been handmade and flavoured using genuine ingredients.  Where ever possible we use Tasmanian grown and made ingredients with no added essences and oils. 

Our fruit chocolates are made using an 100% fruit puree which gives it a genuine taste of real fruit which means that you immediately recognise the flavour of strawberry, raspberry, passionfruit…. oh so many fruits!  Even our nut chocolates contain real Tasmanian grown Roasted hazelnuts and walnuts.

Sarah, our chocolatier loves creating new and exciting chocolates every day so there is a never-ending choice of new flavours to try.

Some of her creations so far have included Raspberry, Pistachio, Strawberry, Tequila Sunrise, Hellyers Road, Spiced Rum, Gin and Tonic, Christmas Pudding, Salted Caramel….
