All of our chocolate is handmade right here in Tasmania, Australia, using small-batch, bean-to-bar methods. We craft our blocks in the Coal River Valley, where the clean air and passion for artisan food make every bite something special.

We're proudly ethical, handmade, and Tasmanian. Our chocolate starts with ethically sourced cacao, and we carefully roast, grind, and temper it to bring out the best possible flavours. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just real chocolate made with heart.

❓ Do you offer online shopping?

Yes! You can order our chocolate directly from our website, and we ship Australia-wide. We often have factory direct specials and limited releases available only online, so it’s worth checking back often.

You can visit us at Every Man and His Dog Vineyard in the Coal River Valley, where we’re creating an exciting new cellar door and chocolate factory experience. It's the perfect spot to sample fine wine and artisan chocolate in one breathtaking location.

Absolutely. We are committed to sourcing ethically grown and traded cacao when every we can. We believe great chocolate shouldn’t come at the cost of people or the planet.
